CARE-SHARE MINISTRY
Our active members of Hurstbourne are divided into seven Care-Share groups, with each group being the main caregiver for the entire congregation once every seven weeks.  There are a variety of needs to be met and something for each of us to do.  Needs may include Communion to shuts-ins and those who are ill; providing meals where needed; sending cards and notes; and phoning persons who have been away for several weeks to let them know they are missed. The Care-Share groups also take turns preparing communion and hosting Hospitality Fellowship after worship each Sunday.  These groups welcome and talk with guests as well as introducing them to members.  We want our visitors as well as members to feel welcomed. We consider our Care-Share groups to be the backbone of the church.  God has only our hands to do His work.  We must not let Him down.
